Delete your Cesena Remembers account
Public Google Play developer name: OstoDev. The service is operationally managed by Lorenzo Ostolani and Luca Bazzocchi.
1. Delete your account in the app
- Open Cesena Remembers.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Complete the re-authentication/security confirmation and confirm deletion.
When the in-app process completes successfully, it deletes the operational user profile, public profile, reserved username, leaderboard entry, friend statistics, progress, friendships and related requests, FCM tokens and Firebase Authentication account. Deletion from provider systems and any residual backups follows the providers' technical retention cycles.
2. Moderation records
If the account has been banned, the separate Firestore record in banned_users (UID, reason and ban date) is not removed by ordinary account deletion. It is retained for up to 24 months from the ban date to prevent repeated abuse and is then deleted by the operators, unless a legal obligation or documented need to protect legal claims requires longer retention. 3. Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address associated with the account. Use the subject “Cesena Remembers account deletion” and include your username. The request will be verified before deletion.
4. Google account
Deleting a Cesena Remembers account does not delete or modify the Google account used to sign in.
